Ingredients
For the Salad
- 200g (7oz) Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 150 g (5.3 oz) Cabbage, shredded
- 100g (3.5oz) Radishes, thinly sliced
- 50g (1.8oz) Green onions, sliced
- 50g (1.8oz) Carrots, julienned
- 30g (1oz) Chaucer Kimchi Sprinkles (or any Chaucer Baked World Flavour Sprinkles)
For the Spicy Korean Dressing
- 122g (4.1oz) Filtered water, divided.
- 15g (0.5oz) Red Chili Paste
- 7g (.25oz) Red Chili Flakes
- 12.5g (0.44oz) Sugar
- 2.5g (0.09oz) Sea Salt
- 15g (0.5oz) Rice Vinegar
- 145g (0.5oz) Toasted Sesame Oil
Method

Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, and green onions. -
Step 2
Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly. -
Step 3
In a medium bowl begin to create your salad dressing. Add half of the water (warmed), red chili paste, red chili flakes and sugar. Mix with a whisk until combined. -
Step 4
Add remaining water (cold) to mixing bowl, salt, toasted sesame oil and rice vinegar. -
Step 5
Whisk well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. -
Step 6
Spread dressing on top of salad. -
Step 7
Top with Chaucer Kimchi Sprinkles.
