  • 5.5g (0.19oz) Salt
  • 8g (0.28oz) Sugar
  • 0.5g (0.017oz) Citric Acid
  • 0.36g (0.012oz) Garlic Powder
  • 0.07g (0.002oz) Marjoram
  • 0.15g (0.005oz) Bayleaf Powder
  • 0.05g (0.0017oz) Rubbed Parsley

METHOD

  • 1 In a suitable bowl, add 250g (8.82oz) boiling water to the above mix.
  • 2 Stir, cover with foil and leave for 3 minutes.
  • 3 Stir and then serve.
