INGREDIENTS

  • 70g (2.47oz) Spinach
  • 11g (0.39oz) Chaucer Strawberry Slices 6mm
  • 45g (1.59oz) Feta (crumbled)
  • 18g (0.63oz) Chaucer Black Pepper Croutons
  • Strawberry Vinaigrette
  • 110g (3.88oz) Strawberries
  • 25g (0.88oz) Honey
  • 25g (0.88oz) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 25g (0.88oz) Olive Oil
  • 1.5g (0.05oz) Salt
  • 0.2g (0.01oz) Pepper
  • Strawberries to be chopped and blended with the remainder of dressing ingredients

OTHER INGREDIENT SUGGESTIONS

Why not try swapping out the Strawberry slices for Pomegranate arils or Green Fig slices or replacing the black pepper croutons for Spicy Pumpkin Tortilla Chips.

METHOD

  • 1 Add the Spinach, Strawberry Slices and Black Pepper Croutons into a large bowl and mix gently, crumble over the feta, with some dressing to taste.
