Bread crumb coatings can protect food during the frying or baking process, as well as deliver an attractive golden appearance and satisfying crunch. If carefully seasoned, they can add taste and flavour too and are used widely to coat fish, meat, scotch eggs and mushrooms.
Our bread crumb coatings are produced from the finest ingredients, baked in our own first class bakery. You can select the oil they are coated with, the seasoning you require and the optimum packaging format for your production process.

Baked and cut
We produce our bread crumb coatings from white bread, baked in our bakery. The bread is carefully processed into crumbs of up to 2mm-5mm.

We recommend sustainably-sourced palm oil for coatings, where a long shelf life may be required. If you prefer a palm-free option, we can use high oleic sunflower oil.
