Oil
Oil can be applied to inclusions to help them resist moisture uptake and retain their crunch. We can advise on how much will be needed for your application. High oleic sunflower oil is typically used, due to its neutral flavour, nutritional profile and shelf life. Some of our sweet baked range comes pre-coated to help retain crunch.
