
Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 75g Vegetable Oil
- 75g Plain Yogurt Natural or Greek
- 60g Orange Juice
- 10g Orange Zest
- 15g Pure Vanilla Extract
- 6g Orange Extract (optional)
- 260g All-purpose Flour
- 100g Granulated Sugar
- 60g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Orange
- 15g Baking Powder
- 6g Salt
- 100g Powdered Sugar
- 20g Orange Juice
Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. -
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Then add the oil, yogurt, orange juice and zest, vanilla extract, and orange extract if using. -
Step 3
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, freeze-dried orange, and salt to the orange juice mixture. -
Step 4
Divide the batter between 12 muffin cups. -
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes. -
Step 6
Make the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and orange juice. Drizzle the icing over the cooled muffins, and garnish with freeze-dried oranges.
