
Ingredients
Strawberry Milk
- 75g Fresh Strawberries (or 30–45 g strawberry syrup for shortcut)
- 15g Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 120mL Milk (can substitute almond/oat)
Coffee
- 120mL Cold Brew or Chilled Espresso
Cold Foam
- 60mL Heavy Cream (or barista oat milk for non-dairy)
- 5mL Vanilla Syrup (can substitute 7mL of honey)
- 2-3g Chaucer Diced Freeze-Dried Strawberries
Method
Make the Strawberry Milk

Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 75 g strawberries and 15 g sugar over medium heat. Cook 3–5 minutes until soft and syrupy. -
Step 2
Blend or mash into a smooth purée. Let it cool. -
Step 3
Mix the purée with 120 mL milk and chill.
Prepare the Cold Foam

Step 1
Froth 60 mL heavy cream (or oat milk) with 5 mL vanilla syrup until thick but pourable. -
Step 2
Use a frother, handheld mixer, or shake it in a sealed jar.
Assemble The Drink

Step 1
Fill a glass with ice. -
Step 2
Pour in the strawberry milk. -
Step 3
Slowly add 120 mL cold brew or espresso over the top. -
Step 4
Gently spoon or pour the cold foam on top. -
Step 5
Top with 2–3 g diced freeze-dried strawberries.
