Ingredients
- 113g (3.9oz) Butter
- 584g (20.5oz) Brown Sugar
- 166g (5.8oz) Evaporated Milk
- 13g (0.4oz) Chaucer Banana Powder
- 502g (18.4oz) Icing Sugar
Method

Step 1
Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. -
Step 2
Place a medium sized sauce pan on the stove and dump the butter in. -
Step 3
Turn the burner to medium heat. -
Step 4
Add the brown sugar and the evaporated milk. Stir occasionally until butter melts and then stir continuously. -
Step 5
Once it begins to boil stop stirring and allow to boil for 5 minutes. -
Step 6
Remove from heat and pour into a pyrex measuring cup or bowl. -
Step 7
Stir in the banana powder. -
Step 8
Gradually stir in the icing sugar until fully integrated. -
Step 9
Scrape into the prepared pan. Allow to set for a few hours. -
Step 10
Invert onto cutting board and cut into squares with a sharp knife. -
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
