Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 French loaf
  • 120g Softened unsalted butter
  • 60g Chaucer freeze-dried garlic
  • 30g Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 12g Sea salt

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 (218C) degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a large baking sheet, cut sides up.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt together until well combined. Spread evenly over bread.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown on the edges.
