Our carefully-baked and dried bread crumbs are used as a high-quality filler, or to add texture to a wide range of products, from sausages and burgers, to pies and ready meals. We can produce sweet crumbs too by adding sugar, for sweet baked goods including puddings and crumbles.
Our crumbs are typically produced from dense, white bread that we bake ourselves in our own first-class bakery. Other bread recipes can be developed for individual applications. If you are working on a new idea, get in touch. We will do our best to help.
Crumbs used to add texture, or volume, tend not to be coated with oil. That said, some recipes require it and, if that’s the case, we can help you to choose which would work best for you.
Though often supplied plain, we can bake flavours such as herb, garlic and pepper into the bread before we process it into crumbs. Alternatively, we can add ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices and sugar to the crumbs before we pack and despatch.
