Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados, ripened
  • 60g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Avocado
  • 150g Granulated Sugar
  • 120g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 60g Heavy Cream
  • 15mL Lime Juice
  • 10g Kosher Salt

Method

  • Step 1
    Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop the insides into a food processor in chunks. Add sugar, Greek yogurt, freeze-dried avocado, heavy cream, lime juice, and salt. Puree until smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s instructions. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container for up to 4 hours for a firmer consistency.
