Ingredients
- 3 Avocados, ripened
- 60g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Avocado
- 150g Granulated Sugar
- 120g Plain Greek Yogurt
- 60g Heavy Cream
- 15mL Lime Juice
- 10g Kosher Salt
Method

Step 1
Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop the insides into a food processor in chunks. Add sugar, Greek yogurt, freeze-dried avocado, heavy cream, lime juice, and salt. Puree until smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved. -
Step 2
Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s instructions. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container for up to 4 hours for a firmer consistency.
