Ingredients
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 180 g Sweetened condensed milk
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 15 Baked filo shells
- 60 g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Kiwi
Method

Step 1
Bake the filo shells for 5 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. -
Step 2
Allow shells to cool for 10 minutes. -
Step 3
Add Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 whole lemon, and sweetened condensed milk to a mixer. Beat until no lumps remain. -
Step 4
Add freeze-dried kiwi to the yogurt mixture. -
Step 5
Add yogurt mixture to each filo shell and place in the refrigerator to cool for 30-60 minutes.
