Chaucer Products Used:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 180 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 15 Baked filo shells
  • 60 g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Kiwi

Method

  • Step 1
    Bake the filo shells for 5 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2
    Allow shells to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 whole lemon, and sweetened condensed milk to a mixer. Beat until no lumps remain.
  • Step 4
    Add freeze-dried kiwi to the yogurt mixture.
  • Step 5
    Add yogurt mixture to each filo shell and place in the refrigerator to cool for 30-60 minutes.
