
Ingredients
- 60g Butter
- 130g White sugar (for crust)
- 180g Flour
- 6g Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 120g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Lingonberries
- 60g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Blueberries
- 100g Sugar (for filling)
- 15g Cornstarch
- 80g Oatmeal
- 100g Sugar (for topping)
Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit (76C) -
Step 2
Mix softened butter and sugar for the crust. Add flour, baking powder and egg and quickly mix to form a dough. -
Step 3
Press the dough on the bottom and sides of the pie dish. -
Step 4
Combine filling ingredients and mix well. Spread the filling over crust. -
Step 5
To make topping: Combine oatmeal, sugar and vanilla sugar; sprinkle the mixture on top of the filling and top with butter cubes. -
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes.
