Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower Washed And Dried
- 90g Panko Bread Crumbs
- 60g Chaucer Freeze-dried Cauliflower
- 60g Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 40g Olive Oil
- 120g Milk
- 120g All-purpose Flour
- 25g Olive Oil
- 20g Garlic Powder
- 12g Salt
- 6g Pepper
- Buffalo Sauce To Taste
Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 Fahrenheit. -
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. -
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix milk, flour, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and whisk until smooth. -
Step 4
Toss the cauliflower pieces in the batter and then place them in a large strainer. Allow any excess batter to drip off for 5 minutes. -
Step 5
In a medium bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs, freeze-dried cauliflower, seasoned bread crumbs, and olive oil. Toss the battered cauliflower in the breadcrumb mixture. -
Step 6
Place the cauliflower on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender-crisp and the coating is crispy. -
Step 7
If desired, toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce before serving.
