- 75g Sugar
- 60g Pomegranate juice
- 30g Chopped fresh basil leaves
- 120g Chaucer Freeze-Dried Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Thin baguette
- 8oz Low-fat cream cheese
- Balsamic glaze for garnish
Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit (176C). -
Step 2
Place baguette slices on prepared pans. -
Step 3
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden on top. -
Step 4
Mix sugar, pomegranate juice, chopped basil, and freeze-dried pomegranate in a medium-sized bowl. -
Step 5
To assemble bruschetta, whisk cream cheese until soft. -
Step 6
Spread cream cheese on each crostini. -
Step 7
Top each baguette with a generous scoop of pomegranate relish mixture. -
Step 8
Garnish with basil and balsamic glaze.
