Toppings provide texture, flavour and bags of visual appeal. They are widely used on salads, pizzas and ready meals, and can be made from any of our bakes. The size, shape and flavour of the topping pieces can be chosen to suit your recipe idea, with packaging and delivery designed to meet the needs of your production process.
We can make toppings from any of our bakes, from crushed pitta, tortilla and naan pieces, to white, wholemeal, ciabatta or focaccia. Formats range from 2mm-7mm pieces to sprinkle on salads or pizzas, right up to 20mm2 tortilla or naan pieces to enhance a ready meal.
The best oil to use will depend upon the choice of bread and recipe. We can explain the features and benefits of each in terms of texture, taste, visual appeal, ease of use and shelf life.
Sweet or savoury, the only limitation to the topping flavours we can produce is your imagination.
