Kiwi

Packed with vitamin C, freeze-dried kiwi is a healthy ingredient with the benefit of a long shelf life. Freeze-dried kiwi is available in pieces, slices or a powder, with or without the seeds. Slices can be used in a variety of applications, especially bakery and drinks, as they make a great dessert decoration and can be blended easily in beverages.
