The APAC foodservice market is expected to bounce back from pandemic-related impacts, expanding by $317 billion from 2021-2025, according to market research firm Technavio. One of the key drivers in the market will be the growth of quick service restaurant chains, according to the report.2 While foodservice operators in this region will remain focused on innovating convenient meal solutions, there is also growing demand for healthier and plant-based options.3
